DRT is small group coaching โ€” 3 to 5 people per call โ€” structured so that you're not just getting coaching, you're witnessing it. You'll see yourself in the people around you. That's not a side benefit. That's often where the real insight comes from.

Here's what I've learned after 20 years and hundreds of coaching conversations: most agents come in thinking they have a tactical problem. Who to call. What to say. What to charge. And those things matter. But they're almost never the real obstacle. The real obstacle is something they haven't been able to see in themselves โ€” a pattern, a belief, a blind spot that's been quietly running the show. That's where we go. That's what makes this different from anything else you've tried.
